Nov 28 (7-10pm): LIGHT WASH, an immersive audio-visual installation by Jesse Mejia showing at composition gallery (NW 6th and Everett, Portland, OR) in November. More information here. 6 sound artists presented short audio-visual performances utilizing the installation as their instrument. Each artist was given the same limited toolset and developed work and performed by communicating with the installation over WiFi using OSC (Open Sound Control). Performers: Jesse Mejia in collaboration with Lucy Yim, Christi Denton, Edward Sharp, Jason Plumb, Alex Norman, and Charles Buckingham
